How much new mortgage business can I expect to receive? |

Once we have completed our Beta Launch, which is scheduled for the next 45 days. Most lenders marketing their business in a single category can expect to receive 5 to 25 loan requests per month. This is in
addition to an equal amount of phone calls from prospective clients and basic email's mortgage shoppers send for immediate answers. Our short term goal over next 108 days is to achieve a delivery of 50 - 100 requests per month, per category.

How much will this service cost me? |

The amount required to participate in the basic marketing service during our Beta Launch period is an annual fee $595.00 for Average to Excellent Credit and $395.00 for Problem and Poor Credit. When you choose one or the other from the credit category you get both. This doubles the exposure rate your company will receive.

Can I place myself in multiple locations and can I pay for top position in search results? |

The answer to the first question is "YES". You may place your listing in as many states and categories as you want. In fact we allow you to easily edit and customize a listing targeted for a specific program, state, or credit type. We do recommend only placing your listing in 1 or 2 specific categories initially. Simply because this service is designed for the small guy, the individual loan representative. You may find yourself overwhelmed with business after a short period of time. Although we would appreciate your additional business, we want you to be completely satisfied, wade in slowly, and make sure you are totally happy with the business we are providing you. Then once you have developed a system you are comfortable with in handling your new requests. Look at additional locations in other programs, states, or credit history types.
The answer to the second question is "YES". You may upgrade your account to a premium listing or what we refer to as "Partner" and your company information will be located at top of search results. However, each of the lenders participating in the basic marketing program, utilize our shared result technology which will distribute your company near the top of the results with other companies participation in program as well. This
insures that no single company can completley secure the upper positions for all customer searches.

How many lenders will also be listed in the search results? |

You will find that there are a limited number of spaces available to place your listing in. For several reasons including our goal to under promise then over deliver. We are currently allowing a maximum of "5" clients to participate in any one category. That is
#1 Partner or premium listing, #2 basic marketing listings, and #2 lenders who are taking part in our link partnership program.

Why would a customer choose me over another lender and what stops them from applying on some other Website? |

It has been our experience in the time we have been operational; if people are given list of lenders in the search results, most people will normally choose one lender from the list. Your company will rotate near the top of the search results and consequently collect a larger portion of visitor interest during that time. Finally, depends on how well the information describing your company and the service you offer is written. Does it address their needs and goals, does it catch their attention, or does it just suit their personality type? We professionally edit your listings to achieve maximum results, and because we monitor the success of each and every client listed in our results, if we spot ineffectiveness, we will make the immediate changes for you or notify you of possible improvements.
The answer to the second question is "Nothing". There is no reason a customer cannot request information from additional lenders. Our marketing efforts aim to attract customers before they have applied with companies elsewhere. While we cannot guarantee this, you will find that because we deliver the information to you and give you the opportunity to make contact the moment they apply. This places you days ahead of anyone they could potentially consider for service, because most companies take days to respond, if they ever do.
Furthermore, we have designed our system to place the focus directly on your organization once they have selected you and your company, they are waiting for you to respond. The main reason a customer would not apply with another company listed with us is simply because they may not want to complete additional forms and online applications. We have no system in place which allows a visitor to automatically send his or her information to anyone else.

We participate in a wide variety of advertising and marketing sources. Some include search engine advertisement, online marketing firms, direct advertising, along with many other sources. Over the
next few months we will be increasing the marketing channels we are involved in to deliver thousands of loan requests per day.
Because we are a debt free company, 80 - 90% of the revenues go straight back in to marketing our service. Therefore the more people who want good mortgage business, the more good mortgage business we get.
