Q. How much does this service cost
A. You may currently list your business use two separate methods. The first is through our basic PayFor Performance method, whereby you may create your individual listing, initially fund your account. Then as you receive qualified requests from mortgage shoppers, the assigned dollar amount will be deducted from your account. As you account balance reaches a level that will support only "2" requests, you will be notified to increase your account balance by adding additional funds to your account.

Q. How long after I create a listing can I cancel for a full refund
A. You may cancel anytime for a full refund. A full refund is defined as what ever funds remain in your account over and above any charges that have been processed against your balance for requests you have received so far. This amount will be refunded to the account used to create listing or by mail to any address you specify. For cancellation and refunds on a premium partnership arrangement.  BACK TO TOP


Q. What is refund policy on purchased Websites
A. Our satisfaction guarantee is you may option for a full refund on any Optimized template based Website within 10 days of purchase. Custom Website design refunds are available on the 25% up front fee collected at the time of your submission if we fail to deliver sample drafts for your review within the time frame specified in your contract for service, or otherwise agreed upon. Any further fees collected are non refundable as you have elected to proceed upon delivery of initial rough draft and each coresponding step. You are eligible however for a refund at any time if we fail to deliver at any stage of the project. We only bill you for services your have approved and elected to continue with, and if at any stage of the development process, you may elect to withdraw from your project, with no further fees or development costs being due.  BACK TO TOP


Q. Is There a Traffic Guarantee
A. No. We do not guarantee any certain amount of traffic, requests or miscellaneous contact from mortgage shoppers. Each lender listed in our search results earns mortgage requests from mortgage shoppers on each lenders own merits. We do promise that we are continually seeking new marketing outlets and channels for our company to participate with in a continuous effort to increase our mortgage traffic, ultimately to serve your needs and goals.  BACK TO TOP
